As a valued Heartwood guest your safety and the safety of our employees is our number one priority.

We already disinfect and sanitize our hotel using industry leading products and have also introduced

hospital grade disinfectant wipes and sprays to enhance our cleaning capabilities.

We are open for business! Having said that, we are still recommending that only healthy people come

to Drumheller - with no symptoms of cold or flu please!

Because we want people to wait until the last minute to make sure everyone in your party is in good health, we have

eliminated our cancellation penalties and are encouraging people to call the day of arrival to cancel if

anyone has cold or flu symptoms.

Changes to our check in procedures. 1) Your credit card will be charged an hour prior to our check in time.

2) On arrival we prefer you stay in your car, we will come out to greet you and give you instructions for

checking into your room and where to park your car. You can text us at 403-820-1763 your expected

arrival time. 

Rooms now being decontaminated after guests check out, UV-C kills bacteria viruses and dust mites. 



We have no food services at the Heartwood - no breakfast at current time, but all restaurants are open

for takeout and eat in (social distancing). If you are eating in, let us know and we'll provide you with 

plates, cutlery etc...
